threaded comments/comment replies not working?

I’ve noticed for the last few comments I’ve gotten, when I click “reply” to acknowledge or respond to the comment it’s not nesting properly. I had thought that was just my browser. It updated and other things, off this site, changed with the update. I use Safari in private mode on an iPad for browsing HSN pretty exclusively.

I have been using a work around to respond directly, but that may only be available because I have some admin access as a moderator.

I’ve experienced the same, but it seems to happen randomly, too.

Like, on this one, it didn’t work for the first comment, but then did for the others. But on other stories (and the one I posted afterward), it didn’t.

I’m using Chrome in incognito mode, FWIW. I don’t see any workarounds.

You know when you log in on a desktop and get taken to that list of your own stories? I’ve found that if you click on the number of comments there, then on the ‘reply’ option for an individual comment, your reply will be nested.
