    Hi All,

    First of all, thanks to everyone who has sent a donation into the site, it’s really appreciated and will certainly help with costs.

    I was thinking that maybe it would be nice to highlight people who’ve donated as “friends of the site” or something and put a badge next to their name when they post, make a comment or post on the forum.

    Another thing I was thinking was that people could donate a certain amount and use the site advert free. It would mean you’d have to log in but that might be quite a nice benefit. This would have to be a yearly subscription but might work out well all round.

    As ever, let me know your thoughts on the above.

    I think both of those ideas are really cool. I’d make it really clear the yearly donation is just for ad-free, just to head off any possible complaining at the pass — this is the Internet, after all.

    I have no idea how hard it’d be, but maybe make gift subscriptions available, too, kind of like you can buy subs for other people on Twitch?

    Hi. If putting ads above the main page helps you to generate funds… all the better. It really doesn’t bother me as I’m interested in the stories and hardly see them. Or should I click on them from time to time, generating business for you?

    Highlighting donors is not necessary, might even not work as most writers use nicknames (I suppose / as I do), donating is of free will, must stay so. Nevertheless it can be a yearly round to bring the subject up… a Christmas gift, and if that doesn’t help and with the ads you run out of money for this site, well then a subscription is in its place (with a free trial period), but that will bring a lot of administration with it.

    Problems from the past weeks seem to have been coped to, as on my laptop I hardly experience problems (only yesterday the server went down while I was editing my story, but happily nothing serious when back on line).

    I still love this site, wonderful platform for sharing my fantasies en fetish!
